Teen suffers stingray wound
A teenager is recovering after receiving a puncture wound from a stingray.

A teenager is recovering after receiving a puncture wound from a stingray.
Panama City Beach Police say it happened on the west end of Panama City Beach at 16701 Alt 98 at the Sterling Breeze Condominiums.
It happened just after 2p.m..
Apparently the victim is a 17-year-old North Carolina teen.
Police say the animal stuck him in the torso while he was swimming 30 feet off shore.
He was rushed to the hospital.
Investigators say the puncture wound does not appear to be life threatening.
