Some local political candidates were trying to get some pull in the race by milking it for what it's worth. From a cow that is!
They were involved in a cow-milking contest at Landmark Park’s Ice Cream social Sunday evening.
Dothan commissioner Paul Lee, Ccommissioner Taylor Barbaree, Paul Ferrell; and Dothan mayoral candidates mike Schmitz and Commissoiner Keith Seagle all participated.
Each candidate had 3 minutes to get under a cow and squeeze as much milk into a bucket as they could.
It was a tough race, but there could only be one winner.
That winner was Commissioner Paul Lee by a landslide- 37 ounces.
