ROCC is learning from the past to better prepare for disasters in the future
The Recovery Organization of Coffee County (ROCC) is a volunteer group that organizes assistance, support and resources throughout all stages of a disaster from preparations to recovery.

How could ROCC be prepared for the tornado of March 2007 when they were not formed until after the storm. ROCC was formed as a result of the disaster and considering that this was such a hugs disaster for such a small city I think they did exceptial job. Of course everyone learns from experence and Coffee County can be rest assured that some of the mistakes made will not happen again. It is my sincere desire that ROCC or any body else never has to go through what it went through in 2007.
