I meant to say check out the comments on the dothan eagle web page about the drug bust
Thank you Outraged and ASHLEY..I am so glad that I am not the only one that feels this way...I too am married to a law enforcement officer...Check out the comments on wtv.com about the drug bust...ignorance is rampant in this area.
PEOPLE THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OR PUBLIC SAFETY OF ANY KIND REALLY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AT THE TIME OF THIS DISCOVERY IN THIS RESIDENCE. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM MARRIED TO A DEPUTY AND I WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE AND I KNOW WHAT THEY GO THROUGH ON A DAILY BASIS . SO BEFORE YOU CRITICIZE WALK A MILE IN THEIR SHOES
I dont think they knew it was a bomb or any type of explosive devise. I was told they thought it was just more crap to make meth with. Come on you cant know everything. Yes you try to train for everything but everyday someone is always coming up with something new to make. They do the best they can. By the way yes I work with law enforcement everyday and I will continue to say to everyone bashing the police you could not walk 1 day in their shoes
Thank you so much Jeb. I tried to post something last night but it never would work. I never saw anything about the Drug Task Force get mentioned in this story. Like Jeb said you must be doing something wrong to have seen them in action. I hope you dont ever have to walk a day in their shoes. You couldnt handle it. Just know what you are talking about before you say something. Thank you to everyone that works in public saftey. You do a great job!!
I AGREE WITH YOU JEB. I WORK CLOSELY WITH THE LAW ENFORCEMENT IN OUR AREA AND I KNOW WHAT THEY DEAL WITH DAILY, INCLUDING MYSELF. AS THE PREVIOUS COMMENT STATED I FEEL THAT IF YOU HAVE SEEN THEM IN ACTION THEN YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT BEEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE LAW..
You find what may be a bomb, in a meth lab, and then bring it to the courthouse in the busy center of the community? What were they thinking?
It seems to me that people who need to be investigated themselves are the ones that have to make derogatory remarks about our fine police officers, sheriff's deputies, just the task force in general, that are doing their jobs, trying to protect us, our families, and friends from all the drug craziness..Evidently you must have done something wrong or are still doing something wrong, wendy1313, to have seen them in action.. I really take offense to ignorant people that would degrade the name of law inforcement in general..To all the law enforcement in Dale County and Ozark and the surrounding areas, keep up the good work guys..With out you god help us all...
i think our drug officers need to be investagated there self ive seen them in action we need to get some outside police to investigate ozarks drug task force
