Mayor of Daleville Wes Etheredge and other area officials held their bi-annual meeting, collaborating ideas on how to fix major roads.

Mayor Etheredge says recommendations are passed to state officials on what projects need to be handled.

"This is just an opportunity for us to recommend to the state highway department on some projects that we would like to see finished and some resurfacing that we would like to do and it's helping, I think the state highway department is starting to listen," says Mayor Wes Etheredge of Daleville.

Mayor Etheredge says major roads on the list include highway 84 and the I-10 connector.
