T.K. Scott is a senior this year.

In May, he went to boys’ state in Alabama, and was voted in as governor.

He then went on to nationals or "boys’ nation," where he was chosen to be the keynote speaker.

Scott does well in school and is looked at as a positive role model by teachers and administrators.

Headland High School Senior TK Scott said, "I'm glad I did get to represent Headland and the Wiregrass because a lot of the times they come from Hoover and Huntsville and Vestavia Hills and Headland is a small community but it doesn't mean there aren't good guys or smart kids here."

Scott plans to attend the University of Alabama where he is considering getting a law degree.
