Valentines Day is almost here which means lots of sweets for your sweetheart. And researchers say Americans number one craving for the holiday is chocolate not flowers. But instead of buying chocolate at a store, why not give your Valentine a gift with a personal touch?
It’s pretty simple to make a homemade chocolate treat for your special someone, it can be a batch of brownies, some cookies or even a heart-shaped chocolate cake.
And don't feel too guilty about your chocolate obsession. Researchers say dark chocolate contains high levels of anti-aging antioxidants. Besides, you wont be alone with your chocolate obsession. Americans spend about $13 billion a year on chocolate and consume about 12 pounds of chocolate per person.
