The manager of a Houston County Bikini Bar is facing felony charges after Houston County authorities find dancers performing topless.
Houston County sheriff Andy Hughes says undercover deputies caught dancers performing without their tops, Saturday night at Secrets Gentlemen's Club.
Under Alabama law, dancers must at least use pasties when performing.
Sheriff’s Andy Hughes says the owner of the club will face felony charges.
“As long as they comply with the law, I don't believe we can shut them down. The county attorney is looking at different options of possibly shutting them down at this point. We've had a lot of calls from people down there. It's been a public nuisance. We responded to that. We sent undercover agents in the club and actually saw what was going on and went in and made some arrests,” said Hughes.
A dancer was also arrested for possession of cocaine.
Deputies also arrested at least two other suspects on outstanding warrants.
