i read the article in the eagle today about this horrific thing and was stunned. how can these people do that to poor innocent animals? from what i understand from wtvy and the eagle only mr. kovach has a warrant out for his arrest. mr. D.A. and sheriff's depart. why doesn't his wife have one out for her too?

I agree with 1st comment. His wife needs to be HELD accountable also. This is just too awful. It saddens my heart terribly.

Michael Kovach's wife, Jennifer Gamble Kovach, should also be arrested in addition to him since she resides in their home full-time. She passes by the horses EVERY SINGLE DAY leaving for work and coming home. The horses sre fenced in right in front of their house. She is often outside and obviously sees the horses each day. Both should be held responsible since they purchased them together presumably.
