Montgomery Suspect in Dog Torturing Caught in Tuscaloosa
U.S. Marshals have arrested a 20-year-old Montgomery man accused of torturing his mother's pit bull when she wouldn't let him use the family car.

I hope the judge who hears this case sends the animal abusers in this state a message. This so called man should get the maximum sentence of ten years. Its time someone started doing something about this kind of person. If he'll do something like this to an animal,what would he do to a person?
