MOSCOW (AP) - It seems that some tourists stuck on a cruise ship in Antarctic ice are making the best of it.

A Russian icebreaker carrying more than 100 tourists, scientists and journalists is trapped in an ice pack near the northern end of the Antarctic Peninsula. The Argentine Coast Guard says the vessel did not run aground and is able to move, though slowly, in an effort to break up the ice.

The shipping company says no one is in danger at this point, despite high temperatures barely reaching 20 degrees. A guide aboard the ship tells the BBC that some passengers have sunburns, but otherwise there are few complaints.

The trip was advertised as an opportunity to see emperor penguins in their natural habitat, and some tourists have been taking helicopter tours of the area as the ship struggles to break free.

The Argentine Coast Guard says it looks like the icebreaker's return to port will be delayed anywhere from three to six days.
