Christopher Craig died Sunday, April 27, 2008 at his residence. He was 12. Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the County Line Baptist Church in Slocomb with Reverend Dawsey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Ward Wilson Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Flowers will be accepted. Christopher was born April 7, 1996 in Dothan, Alabama. He was a straight A student at Rehobeth. He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Della Mae Holland, great-granddad, Charles Walker, and grandmother, Detrie Walker Craig. Survivors include: mother, Jennifer Smith Cainion of Dothan; grandparents, Jean Smith and Dennis Howell of Dothan and Hartford; Jerry Smith of Kentucky; sister, Micaela Cainion of Jacksonville; brother, Xavier Cainion of Dothan; aunt, Cindy Shriver, uncle, Sidney Smith, aunt, Nicky Haney, aunt, Karen Craig, aunt, Bobby Starks, aunt, Debra Hunter, uncle, Cordell Craig. Active pallbearers will be: Tony Howell, Brian Shiver, Corey Shiver, Sidney Smith, Cardell Craig, and Quentin Flowers.
