Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery Elba, AL. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in honor of Mr. Crook to Westside Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
