| Lula Mae Dye of Enterprise, AL passed away Monday, June 29, 2009 in Enterprise. She was 81. Funeral services will be 2 pm Friday, July 3 in the Sorrells Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Kenneth Earles officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Elba with Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6 until 8. Mrs. Dye was born November 27, 1927 to the late J.C. and Annie Bell Kenchols Tiner. She was of the Baptist faith. Her husband, Travis Dye, Jr., two brothers and two sisters, preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Sara Chandler (Rickey), Elba; granddaughters: Brittany Chandler, Samantha Chandler, Ashley Wood (Tim), all of Elba, Tisha Andrew, New Brockton; grandsons: Timothy Chandler, Elba, Curtis Chandler (Betty Anne), Kansas, Joseph Chandler, Enterprise; a brother, Eugene Tiner (Betty); great-grandchildren: Taylor, Madison and Brianna Wood, all of Elba, Jason, Landon and Dallas Chandler, all of Kansas, Hunter Andrews and Sidney Richardson, both of New Brockton; many nieces, nephews and cousins | |
