| Blue Moon Café’s Corn Casserole |
| Ingredients Needed: • 1 package of Corn Muffin Mix • 1 can of whole kernel corn (14oz) • 1 can of cream style corn (14 oz) • ½ cup of sour cream • ½ cup of butter (softened) • ½ teaspoon white ground pepper • 2 TBS. sugar • 2 eggs |
| Directions: Whip mixture together and bake at 325º for 20-30 minutes |
