Math, Science Teachers Begin AMSTI Training Save Email Print

Area teachers are brushing up on their skills to teach math and science in Dothan. It is apart of the Alabama math, science and technology initiative.

Teachers learn creative hands on methods of teaching so that students learn more effectively.

This training has been so effective that Governor Bob Riley has made it his initiative.

Teachers say the method is a good learning tool.

This is the first year Honeysuckle Middle School has participated in the AMSTI training.
