The Enterprise Chamber of Commerce is hearing good things from shop owners about this past weekend's sales tax holiday.
The official figures will not be in until September, however Chamber President Phil Thomas says this year's sales tax holiday created quite a buzz.
That meant full parking lots and a number of people out at the shopping centers.
"Judging from the feedback we've gotten, I think it's going to be a very successful weekend. It not only generated a lot of school traffic, people buying items for school but I also think it generated a lot of business activity in other areas as well, got people motive to go out and do some shopping," says Chamber President Phil Thomas.
Once the official numbers are in they'll be able to compare the holiday to last year's turnout.
