AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Beau Brooks homered and had an RBI double to lead Troy over Auburn 6-3 Tuesday night.

Brooks had the run-scoring double in the first inning. Matt Hall tied it for Auburn (24-22) with a run-scoring double in the second.

Steven Felix had an RBI single and Bryan Miller followed with an RBI double in a three-run fourth inning for Troy (27-19) and the Trojans took the lead for good.

Brian Fletcher homered for Auburn. Brooks' homer gave Troy an insurance run in the seventh.

Drew Hall (4-0) got the win, and Josh Storm had his eighth save. Michael Hurst (2-4) took the loss.
