JACKSONVILLE, Ala. (AP) - The much sought-after former LSU quarterback Ryan Perrilloux reportedly visited the Jacksonville State University campus yesterday.

The Birmingham News reported the plans for the visit in a story yesterday.

Earlier this month, Jacksonville State coach Jack Crowe said he had spoken to Perrilloux's family about a possible transfer to a team with no scholarship quarterbacks on the roster.

LSU coach Les Miles kicked Perrilloux off the defending national championship team earlier this month after repeated off-the-field problems.

Other schools reportedly pursuing the LaPlace, La., native are Jackson State, Alabama A&M and Valdosta State.
