NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The New Orleans Saints have acquired disgruntled New York Giants tight end Jeremy Shockey for two draft
choices.

The Giants says they'll get second- and fifth-round picks in the 2009 draft.

The deal must be approved by the NFL and is contingent on Shockey passing a physical.

Shockey broke his left leg in mid-December and missed the Giants' postseason run to a Super Bowl championship.
