AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn offensive players say things have
gotten much more intense in practice. Receiver Rod Smith said the tempo was faster in Tuesday's practice and coaches were much more demanding. He said offensive coordinator Tony Franklin was hands-on with the receivers, even demonstrating pass routes to them.

The 20th-ranked Tigers are trying to shake up an offense ranked
among the nation's worst. Quarterback Kodi Burns said Auburn went back to the basics and focusing on things they have done well, and that it will show up in better execution on the field.

Coach Tommy Tuberville said cornerback Jerraud Powers is doubtful for the Arkansas game with a hamstring injury.
