Gina Pitisci is the weekday morning anchor and Live at Lunch Anchor for WTVY News 4.
She joined the news team in January 2010 after moving from Los Angeles, CA where she interned in the #2 news market at CBS2/KCAL9 Sports.
Gina had the opportunity to work with a diverse population on local and nationally covered news stories. She interviewed celebrities, such as Will Smith, Rosario Dawson and Chaka Khan as well as professional athletes and community leaders.
Gina brings a wealth of business experience in different industries to WTVY. She has worked as an Assistant Vice President for an international real estate company as well a major Hollywood talent agency, which represents screenwriters, directors and actors.
Gina was born in Miami Lakes, Florida and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. While at Florida State, Gina studied in London, England where she traveled throughout Europe while working at a British film & television production company.
After leaving Tallahassee, Gina moved to Los Angeles, CA and completed her Master of Arts Degree in Communication Management from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Southern California.
In her spare time, Gina enjoys volunteering her time at Animal Rescue organizations, traveling, golf, tennis, trips to the beach with friends, and especially watching college football. Gina’s family lives in Tallahassee, FL and Bainbridge, GA.
