THERE IS NO END IN SIGHT TO THE ONGOING PERIOD OF ELEVATED WINDS OVER THE NE GULF OF MEXICO. NE WINDS WILL RETURN TO EXERCISE CAUTION LEVELS TONIGHT AND THEN REACH ADVISORY CRITERIA THU INTO FRI MORNING BEHIND THE DRY FRONT. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY VEER TO THE E BY SAT MORNING BUT REMAIN ELEVATED AT OR ABOVE CAUTIONARY LEVELS THROUGH THE END OF THE FORECAST PERIOD MON.
